Yung Gravy and Dillon Francis Drop New Collaboration EP ‘Cake and Cognac’ On 4th February

What is one of the most high-energy rap meets dance collaboration you’ve heard? Straight into the new year this week, the highly anticipated partnership between Dillon Francis and Yuing Gravy sees the release of the funky, rap meets dance EP ‘Cake and Cognac’. The focus track ‘Hot Tub’ also features Grammy award winning trailblazer T-Pain.

Teasing this on socials since January, the artists showcased a moment on stage where the fans were involved and playing snippers of ‘Hot Tub’ in the background. The high energy video took off in getting fans adrenaline pumping as the concert was recorded and reveals a new song by the artists.

Yung Gravy is one of the most promising rappers in the scene today. You’ve never heard a rapper liken himself to Martha Stewart, boast about partying with his mother, or discuss the latest day trading strategies. Then again, the game has never seen anyone quite like Yung Gravy. Shades on, gold chains dangling, and pearly whites shining, the Minnesota-born MC has unassumingly bloomed into a phenomenon with billions of streams, platinum plaques, sold out tours, and no shortage of style, substance, and swagger.

Platinum-certified artist, Dillon Francis is also one of the talented producers today. In between making music videos, producing hit songs and designing clothing lines, he has been dishing out countless number of electrifying music and compelling art. Since rising to prominence in the colorful moombahton scene of the early 2010s, Dillon Francis has made head spinning dance music, rap tracks and reggaeton. In 2020, Francis presented his three-day IDGAFOS Weekend livestream featuring sets from over 20 artists including himself, Diplo, Sofi Tukker, Aluna, Flosstradamus and more and released “Places” with Drove, “Be Somebody,” “You Do You” and more. The following year, he shared his Very Important Music EP via Mad Decent, a five-track collection of VIP remixes of his own tracks from throughout his career, including collaborations with Kygo, BabyJake, Lao Ra,Evie Irie and Yung Pinch.

Kicking off the next era, Yung Gravy is co-headlining a massive tour with Dillon Francis, sponsored by Tik Tok. The Sugar, Spice & Everything Ice tour will hit major US shores including New York, Austin, DC, Boston and more. In addition, Dillon Francis is also set for a massive year ahead, confirmed for EDC Mexico, Lollapalooza Stockholm and Splendor in the Grass.
